  • Transfer mined data to roaming data.

  • Top up roaming data.

  • Renew any type of VIP membership if your blocked eSIM is a +31 eSIM.

Answer: When you transfer mined data to a roaming data plan for your eSIM, the data is valid for 7 days. VIP members receive 1 GB of free roaming data every 30 days, valid for 30 days. For VIP members who purchase data packages, the validity is 30 days, while non-VIP members have 15 days of validity for purchased data packages.

Question: How do I get travel rewards?

Answer: Travel rewards are calculated based on three factors: travel distance, the number of countries/regions visited, and your VIP status. To begin, you must use roaming data at your starting location. When you reach your destination, use roaming data again. We calculate your rewards based on the distance traveled between these points. For example, if you travel from location A to B and then B to C, your rewards are calculated based on the distances by AB + BC.

The formula for travel rewards is: Travel rewards = 1000 * travel distance(KM) * 1.2 * Countries/Regions Visited Boost * 3 * VIP Boost.
